It turns out that there is a certain TV network that is engaged in the maintenance of TV towers, and there is also a partial lack of advertising on the channels of this network: it is there, but it turns on only between broadcasts and movies. On the one hand, it may seem convenient, but in fact, if you are going to watch an hour-and-a-half-two-hour movie and have not prepared yourself qualitatively, then it is terribly inconvenient: there will be no break, you go to the toilet, make popcorn for yourself, pour coffee ... in general, so-so service.
