It's more of a mobile island than a ship. It is comparable to a luxury private resort. On several decks there are all the signs of a sky-high penthouse and a beach club.
1. The Kokomo concept was developed by Migaloo Private Submarines. The developers say that the project will be supplemented with specifications in accordance with the available technologies at the request of the client. Additional wishes of the customer will affect the final cost of the floating structure.
2. Kokomo Ailand is a massive yacht and a private island with all the signs of a luxury resort.
3. Penthouse at an altitude of about 80 meters above sea level with two elevators, Jacuzzi, private beach club and stunning ocean views.
4. Eight engines drive a huge platform that accelerates to 8 knots (about 15 kilometers per hour).
5. One of the most exotic features is the jungle on deck.
6. There are palm trees, vertical gardens and waterfalls.
7. On the spa deck there is a gym, a massage room and a beauty salon.
8. Among the trees, you can dine outdoors. On the picturesque beach deck there are many pools, barbecue areas, an underwater dining room, a shark feeding station and an outdoor cinema.
9. Panoramic pools and balconies are also built in; a VIP area and a guest deck under the beach deck.
10. Helipad.
