Zach Moore recorded a farewell video for his eight-year-old son because he thought that being overweight would just kill him. Previously, he weighed 226 kilograms, and his body mass index was 60. Zak felt like he was playing Russian roulette with his life.
In 2013, Zach was hospitalized with food poisoning. After that, he realized that it was time to turn to a healthy lifestyle. He quit smoking, stopped drinking carbonated drinks and excluded sugar from the diet.
Zach lost a lot of pounds in just two years after he had gastric bypass surgery and started taking 10,000 steps a day. But after losing weight, he faced the problem of sagging skin. Since then, he has gone under the knife ten times to remove excess skin.
When Zack was at the peak of his weight, he ate a lot, consuming everything he liked, and drank at least two liters of Coca-Cola a day.
Zach said that weight loss and surgery have completely changed his life.
Zach is sure that it was love for his son and wife that pushed him to such radical changes.
