The British food stylist, or "food artist", creates incredible sculptures made of chocolate. Maybe some of her works are not too appetizing to look at, but the main thing is what's inside, right?

We are used to chocolate figurines looking nice and cute, but British artist Sarah Hardy decided to slightly change the traditional view of chocolate "sculpture". Fossils, human anatomy, marine flora and fauna and various animals — there seems to be nothing that Sarah could not depict. Unsurprisingly, Hardy describes himself as "a lover of natural science and chocolate."

Before getting carried away with chocolate, Hardy created these incredibly realistic cakes. Then I realized that I was missing a lot by not working with such a suitable material as chocolate.

Hardy creates his masterpieces in his own kitchen. Each chocolate figurine takes at least an hour.
