Zach Moore recorded a farewell video for his eight-year-old son because he thought that being overweight would just kill him. Previously, he weighed 226 kilograms, and his body mass index was 60. Zak felt like he was playing Russian roulette with his life.

In 2013, Zach was hospitalized with food poisoning. After that, he realized that it was time to turn to a healthy lifestyle. He quit smoking, stopped drinking carbonated drinks and excluded sugar from the diet.
