Switching to a healthy diet, along with cardio and strength training, helped Mrs. Desilva lose 19 kg in 14 weeks, and stretching exercises strengthened her spine.
The doctors allowed Corrie to do only yoga and swimming, but this did not help her get in shape. Business and child care took away from the woman all the time, so she ate mostly fast food. To relax after a hard day, the British woman started drinking a bottle of wine every evening. For food from restaurants and alcohol, up to 1,000 pounds (about 83,000 rubles) per month flew out of the family budget.
The British woman realized that she could not continue like this, because such a lifestyle began to threaten her health.
