A cozy home can be created even from garbage, if it falls into the hands of a skillful hostess. Emma Hammond built a cute house in the form of a wagon from scrap materials and old parts. The woman has invested a minimum of funds in the construction, however, she manages to earn good money by renting out unusual housing through Airbnb.

In 89 days, a 47-year-old mother of two children assembled a summer house - a replica of a train car - measuring 7.3 * 2.4 m. She finished her project just a few minutes before the first guests arrived at her farm in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The woman spent 7000 pounds (562,000 rubles) on everything about everything.

The house has one bedroom, plush upholstered furniture and retro details that Emma bought on eBay: a real train car door, handles, luggage hooks, signal lights and signs. The British woman believes that she is the first to build a car using only recycled materials.

Emma tried her hand at such a large-scale DIY project for the first time: she had never been involved in construction before and everything she once made with her own hands was a garden chaise longue made of wooden pallets.

Now the woman rents out unusual housing through Airbnb. The room can accommodate two people. The hostess charges 85 pounds (7000 rubles) per night, plus 25 pounds (2000 rubles) if guests want to relax in a hot tub.

Emma hopes that the city authorities will restore the railway that once ran through her farm. This will create a real atmosphere of a measured journey, and guests will get a lot of pleasant impressions. Who knows, perhaps the hostess will collect a couple more cute houses-wagons, and there will be a whole complex for a cozy outdoor recreation.

Mrs. Hammond made a small hotel in the form of a carriage, and in Kazakhstan they arranged a carriage in the form of a hotel suite. It runs by rail and serves as a wonderful alternative to all other modes of transport for traveling around the country.
