By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/every-man-should-have-his-own-cave1.htmlIn the modern world, every person necessarily needs a place where he can retire, be with himself and his thoughts in silence, get into his room or his garage... well, or a cave.
As our caveman Angelo Mastropietro did. However, he is not a Neanderthal at all, but quite a modern man. The 37-year-old businessman, who was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, decided to quit his nervous job, change his lifestyle and build his dream home in Worcestershire, UK, in a cave that is 250 million years old.
Angelo Mastropietro himself, with his own hands, built a modern house with heating, electricity and even Wi-Fi, spending about 230 thousand dollars on the project.

The idea to build a house in a cave came to the former businessman at the moment when he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Angelo thought that he would like to live in a place where he would be happy and healthy.
The living room of the "caveman".
Throughout the house, the walls are painted white.
Angelo is sitting in the bathroom, which has been transformed into a shower in the process, since he realized that he could not heat such an amount of water.
Decorated with pebbles, the wall gives personality to a luxurious shower.
Angelo Mastropietro planned and built the kitchen himself.
The owner of the cave, although he built a modern house with all the amenities, nevertheless remained faithful to natural materials in the interior decoration.
The wooden shell perfectly fits into the interior of the cave.
Angelo discovered the cave with friends during a bike ride in 1999. The cave has been abandoned since the 1940s. In 2010, Angelo returned to the UK from Australia, found out that it was for sale... and bought it.
The cave house has large windows so that there is a lot of natural light. And ivy cascades down from the walls.

The dream house also has a spacious terrace.
The cave itself is located in a sandstone rock.
Angelo Mastropietro said that the disease taught him to listen to his own body and treat life differently.
