(Total 15 photos)
1. The unique shooting took place on a specially modified Boeing-727 known as G-Force One.
2. NASA (and not only NASA, there is a similar “attraction” in Russia) has been practicing similar flights since 1959. To achieve weightlessness, the aircraft follows a parabolic flight path. First, the plane climbs 45 degrees, reducing thrust and leveling off, then "dives" down.
3. The feeling of weightlessness lasts about 25 seconds. The plane draws parabolas one after another, like on a rollercoaster. As a result, some people begin to feel sick, hence the name "Vomit Comet" (Vomit comet).
4. I wonder if Kate is sick too?.. Let's not think about it.
5. Despite the fact that during the photo shoot Kate was wearing the bare minimum of clothes, a whole team worked to create her image - stylists, makeup artists, hairdressers and assistants.
6. According to MJ Day, editor-in-chief of Sports Illustrated, in the 50 years of the publication's existence, photo shoots took place in various parts of the world, but in zero gravity - the first time.
