Her leg workouts last almost 2 hours, and sometimes longer, while other workouts usually fit in 60-70 minutes.

Victoria also diligently approaches the issue of her nutrition. She says that if she eats too many processed foods with a high glycemic index, then no amount of training will help her. For this reason, Victoria tries to eat mostly whole foods only, such as avocados, oatmeal, quinoa, berries, etc.
8. To get enough protein, Victoria eats a lot of chickpeas, lean poultry and low-fat dairy products. These foods give her the building blocks she needs to rebuild her muscles after a hard workout in the gym.
But, of course, in her strict diet, there is a place for various indulgences in the form of not-very-frequent cheat meals. According to her, cheat meals are what she rewards for her hard work in the gym.
9. Victoria is moving away from the image of an athlete more and more and is getting closer to the image of the so-called “plus-size models”, which have recently become more and more popular and in demand.
Victoria is fluent in German and English and understands Hungarian, Italian, and Spanish.
