Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has died

According to an official statement, at the last moment Hefner was surrounded by people who loved him and "died in his home from natural causes."
His son, Cooper Hefner, wrote: "My father lived an exceptional and fruitful life as a pioneer in media and culture, he was at the head of most significant social and cultural movements of our time, defending freedom of speech, civil rights and sexual freedom. He defined the lifestyle and spirit that underlie the Playboy brand, one of the most recognizable and successful in history. He will be greatly missed."
