In the spring of 1933, the police caught the Barrow gang in a rented apartment in the city of Joplin. After a fierce shootout, the criminals managed to escape, but the apartment still has a huge collection of photos of Bonnie and Clyde, which the criminal lovers did at every opportunity.

From early childhood, the future criminal showed a love for the arts, poetry and the acting profession. Photography was a real passion of Parker, who loved to take theatrical poses in front of the camera alone, together with her beloved man and next to the car.

Bonnie and Clyde met in Texas in January 1930. At the time, Bonnie was 19 years old, married to a jailed murderer. Clyde was 21 years old, he was not married. Soon he was arrested for burglary and sent to prison. He escaped using a gun that Bonnie smuggled to him, was caught and sent back to prison. Clyde was paroled in February 1932, returned to Bonnie.

In addition to the car theft charge, Bonnie and Clyde were suspects in other crimes in several states.

At the time they were killed on May 23, 1934, it was believed that they had committed 13 murders, kidnappings, several robberies and burglaries.

These shots were on an undeclared film that was found in the hiding place of a criminal couple in the city of Joplin, Missouri.

They left a shelter and a lot of property after a shootout with the police, which resulted in the death of 2 police officers.

The police found many photos of criminals and, by and large, this discovery became a key element in the hunt for robbers, because the whole country recognized their faces – a large-scale raid on the gang began, which now had to spend the night in cars, an open field or a dense forest, and not on soft hotel feather beds.
