How people imagined the future 120 years ago

Many of us were waiting for October 21, 2015 to see how accurate the predictions from" Back to the Future " turned out to be. Unfortunately, we still don't have flying cars and skateboards. But have you ever been interested in how previous generations imagined our time?
A series of illustrations entitled "France in 2000" was created by Jean-Marc Cotet and other French artists in the period from 1899 to 1910. Each illustration shows the artists ' ideas about how life could look like in 2000.
It may seem incredible, but the first series of images was printed as a decoration for cigarette packs that were sold at the World's Fair in 1900. Later, according to the Public Domain Review, postcards were made based on the illustrations.
It looks as if they think that knowledge can simply be pumped into the brain. Okay, now we have the internet, but it's still not that easy.
We are not sure that this somehow makes it easier for her.
Agricultural technologies, of course, have gone far ahead in the last 100 years.
Forget about evolution and the laws of nature, you can just pump chickens out of a monstrous incubator.

And my postman still rides his bike.
A winged police officer stops the soaring tomboys not according to the rules.
