She was embarrassed by her obese body and suffered at home alone. But in the end, 30-year-old Hannah Guthrie got tired of being an outcast, and the girl firmly decided to change. She managed to lose 38 kg by switching to a healthy diet and club dancing classes.During one of Hannah's meetings with her friends in 2017, the girls decided to ride segways. Before the race, they were weighed, because the maximum permissible load was 114 kg. Unfortunately, Hannah's weight exceeded this limit, and she had to watch her friends from the side and take pictures of their fun skating. The British woman became so ashamed and offended that on that day she decided to radically change her life.
The Cheshire resident now weighs 89 kg and wears size 48 clothes instead of 56.
The British woman switched to a healthy diet, joined the gym, started swimming and running. In addition, the girl began to attend classes of the Clubbersize course, where participants dance to lose weight.
Another impetus for change was the photo of Hannah with her lover Tom Jackson at one of the weddings in 2016. The couple looks happy, but the difference in weight immediately catches the eye. The girl felt ashamed when she saw the picture. The Briton understood that being overweight was ruining her life.
The girl began to get fat from the age of 16, addicted to junk food and sweets. She would lock herself in her room and secretly devour chocolate and chips. So that her parents would not find out about her secret, Hannah hid the wrappers from the sweets.
The British woman began to share her results on the Instagram page. This motivated her to move on. Users of the social network supported the girl and inspired her to fight against excess weight. Many overweight women in the comments asked her for advice.
Simon Anderson from New Zealand once realized that she was tired of pretending to be body positive. Excess weight poisoned the girl's life, so she firmly decided to lose weight. In order not to deviate from the goal, she began photographing herself and posting pictures on her personal page on the social network.
