British couple cycle naked for over 400km

In the UK, 36-year-old financier Neil Cox and his 25-year-old girlfriend Jay Antic decided to ride naked from Gloucester to Land's End in Cornwall on a tandem bike. The journey took 6 days and caused a lot of emotions.

The nudist couple set off on their journey on September 7. Along the way, Neil and Jay enjoyed the natural beauty of the southwest of England, cycling naked from Gloucester to Bristol, visiting the Mendips and stopping in Glastonbury.

The cyclists spent several nights in campsites. The rest of the time they stayed in hotels and guest houses. The friends even went on nude shopping and bar hopping expeditions.

The nudists say people have responded to them "overwhelmingly positively." The couple did encounter some negative feedback on social media, but Neil says it was outnumbered by positive feedback.

Cox and Antic covered part of the journey clothed. After Glastonbury, the travellers dressed up as the weather turned nasty. They visited a few central Bristol bars for a naked drink and, they say, the reaction was largely "indifferent" - they were simply left alone to continue their evening.

Interestingly, Cox and Antic are not a couple in real life. They are just travel partners. Neil noted that he has been in a relationship with another girl for ten years.

He added that he felt "happier and less stressed" without clothes. According to Neil, nudism helps people to become more confident. In addition, it changes the perception of the naked body by others.
