The girl became famous after publications with food, in which she explained that healthy food is not always low-calorie and it can also lead to obesity. Subsequently, a separate account of Lucy was dedicated to this.
The girl posted a collage with two photos: one she took in 2018, and the other five years ago. In the description, Lucy talked about her lifestyle in the past and noted that a beautiful figure is not a guarantee of good health and reasonable weight loss.

2013 was the first year I achieved my first fitness goal and lost weight. I thought I was leading a healthy lifestyle and doing everything right.
In addition to excessively hard workouts and a lack of daily calories, I did everything that Instagram told me: I took fat-burning supplements, drank teas for weight loss and even applied special creams to my feet. Today I am not ashamed to say that I did everything absolutely wrong.
⠀
I thought that I had achieved success thanks to these things, when in fact I was experiencing a calorie and energy deficit, malnourished and exercising too much. But if you scroll through my instagram before those times, you will see that I really praised all these so-called "assistants".

"But I've lost weight—so they have to work?" Do not confuse the relationship with causal relationships. Now that I've started to understand the topic, I can't look at myself at that time without a smile. And my hair. But it was all part of my fitness journey, and I wouldn't change anything.

I am happy to be at that stage of my life when losing weight is not the main goal. And I am very grateful that my hair no longer looks like cotton wool.
