Lucy Mountain lives in Britain and runs a fitness blog on Instagram, where she writes about harmful and healthy foods, compares them, talks about her workouts and shares her life with subscribers. The girl became famous after publications with food, in which she explained that healthy food is not always low-calorie and it can also lead to obesity. Subsequently, a separate account of Lucy was dedicated to this.

The girl posted a collage with two photos: one she took in 2018, and the other five years ago. In the description, Lucy talked about her lifestyle in the past and noted that a beautiful figure is not a guarantee of good health and reasonable weight loss.
