A wild boar stole a bag with a laptop and personal belongings from a man who was sunbathing without clothes, and the tourist, in his mother's clothes, rushed to catch up with the forest thief. The chase was captured by the actress Adele Landauer, who was resting nearby, and later, with the permission of the main character, she published a photo on the network. It quickly became a meme, and now, a year later, Busch has immortalized this story in plastic. And it is now that this story may well become scandalous.
A set of figures, which includes a naked runner, a wild boar with a yellow bag and two air mattresses, is sold for 14 euros (more than 1200 rubles). It is aimed at collectors of unusual things and ... lovers of model railways. The product is in demand and this is not surprising – at one time, a photo of a man catching up with a wild boar became a global meme, and his hero became a world celebrity.
The photo flew around the largest tabloids of the world and visited all entertainment and half of the news sites of the network. The Blid TV company even filmed a story about this case, in which journalists talked with local residents and showed flocks of wild boars scurrying along the lake shore in search of handouts from vacationers.
But, as it turned out, not everyone is delighted with plastic figures, and the Bush company faces a court. No, it is not the hero of the meme who is outraged by the new product, who did not like the replication of his not too athletic body in a negligee. The lawsuit is being prepared by the author of the photo, Adele Landauer.
The woman said that she took the picture without the purpose of doing business on it and she, as well as his hero, have nothing to do with the popularity of the famous photo. Therefore, Landauer is outraged that someone decided to cash in on the picture without her knowledge and did not even ask her permission. The actress said in an interview with The Guardian that she was waiting for Bush representatives to contact her, but this did not happen.
Landauer says that toy manufacturers will not get away with it and the trial is just a matter of time. Now the woman and her lawyer are collecting a package of documents for the case, which they consider to be 100% winning. What to do - now creativity often causes someone's anger.
