As a sign of support for children with disabilities and special needs, its participants remade ordinary dolls to look like real people and posted their photos on social networks.
We believe that such toys should have been born a long time ago!

1. The Toy Like Me campaign was launched by parents who shared photos of dolls that they themselves remade for their children. They asked toy manufacturers to release a series of dolls that would have the same physical disabilities as their babies.
2. Thousands of people instantly supported the campaign and began posting homemade toys.
3. After a successful campaign, Makies decided to launch a new collection of dolls under the same name as the campaign in social networks.
4. So far, three types of dolls have been created: with a cane, with a hearing aid and with an imitation of a birthmark on the doll's face.
5. Makies is currently developing models of wheelchair and assisted walking dolls, as well as dolls that can have birthmarks or scars added to their faces.
6. The company is also ready to create dolls to order: this means that parents will be able to order a doll that looks exactly like a child.
7. Manufacturers hope that now healthy children and their parents will be more friendly to the disabled, will help them more, and children with physical disabilities will no longer be ashamed of themselves.
