Looking at all these perfect pictures, we forget about reality and that not everything is as rosy as it seems. This is especially true for fitness bloggers and their always perfect bodies.
The blogger Chessie King, popular on Instagram, decided to refute all these myths of girls who "never break the diet" and always turn out well in photos. In her account, she posts collages of pictures, on one of which she chooses the perfect angle, and on the other she is photographed as is, showing the truth.

Many people began to take the ideal for the norm, developing an inferiority complex in themselves. Chessie King is struggling with this with the help of her pictures.

"It's me. This is my body. Without the perfect angle, without the perfect light, just me and my body, which I love very much."

"A couple of years ago, I would never have published such a thing. All I cared about was being very thin, going to the gym as often as possible and counting every calorie I ate."

Chessie King's mission is to help other girls gain confidence in themselves and their bodies by showing that all these perfect Instagram pictures are nothing but lies.

"It's good to find your angle that makes you confident in the photo. But it's even better to feel comfortable just standing on the floor and smiling like a Grinch."
