1. Here and below - the author's comments:

Hurghada, 2008 year. Fish cloud. It's easier for them to get away from predators. Predators - three lionfish that did not get into the frame (I constantly looked around at them, because I dive in a short hydra and I absolutely don’t want to touch their dangerous “feathers” with my bare feet).

5. Slingshot.

A wonderful, textured fish, very similar to a stone fish from the scorpion family, but it is completely non-poisonous.

7. Fish, videographer... The fish-eye lens distorted the size of objects in the frame.. Although this strange representative of marine life is quite large, but no more than a person.

8. A little about the island of Apo: this small island is located near the large island of Negros, the middle part of the Philippines (province of Visayas). According to official information, it is a unique place for diving, a world-class reserve. The whole bottom around the island is covered with corals, more than 600 types of soft ones. When I jumped into the water and went down to the bottom, I was seized by the euphoria of this riot of colors. Plus all this colorful world of corals with its large population in the form of crabs, shrimps, eels, nudibranchs, etc. Schools of tuna go around the island. Fearless. It looks something like this: we are going at a depth of 20 meters, when we suddenly see some kind of cloud in the water column. Coming.. this is it! Fish, lots of fish...

9. This is my first nudibranch. Here he is in all the beauty of his straightened gills. Mostly active at night. The bright color warns of the undesirability of taking them inside as food - they are poisonous.
