South African photographer Frank Marshall visited Botswana and photographed by local fans of heavy music.

In 2008, South African photographer Frank Marshall, along with heavy metal band from Johannesburg went on tour in Gaborone, capital of Botswana. Heavy metal, which has always been predominantly white genre gaining popularity in South Africa and Kenya, but in Botswana, was born a love of Africans to heavy music.
