During this time their relationship from strictly business grew into a strong friendship, which is enviable.
Not only that, the men managed to keep their friendship for over four decades, so they also documented it. Each haircut Sam, who is 71, was taken with a camera. The result is an album about their warm relationship.
The photos show how the Barber and the client has changed since 1970-ies. Well that Farr is trying to attend pace, although they live in different cities.

Here's how these two have changed over time
Farr and pace not just the customer and the business owner, they are friends. And Farr continue to come here for haircuts, although they live in different cities.
Sam and Joe have kept good relations and even visit each other's homes. They are a Prime example of how customers value craftsmen that know their stuff and know how to win. Such employees do not gain just a customer base, and create a nice circle. This is what the people want to return again and again.
