Many Russian celebrities and bloggers like to hold sweepstakes with valuable prizes on social networks. However, it's not about the boundless generosity of the artists. We decided to remember which of the star Instagram users were caught cheating with contests.

The most discussed couple of 2020 can rightfully be considered Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova. Recently, a new wave of rumors appeared in the media: information began to appear in telegram channels that the rapper's wife allegedly deceived hundreds of people on Instagram. Dubious live broadcast, manipulation of translations and photoshop screenshots caused a negative reaction among the participants of the draw.

It's all about the contest, which was held on Oksana's page. Under the terms of the giva, several people could become the happy owners of a luxury apartment, a car or a stock of cosmetics, all they had to do was subscribe to 151 sponsors. As a result, the "happy owner of the apartment" received only 1,000,000 rubles on the card and showed a screenshot of the transfer.

Huseyn Hasanov, a 26-year—old video blogger, was also convicted of deceiving the audience. The participants of the drawing had to repost Hasanov's story to their Instagram with the hashtag #Helikpodischik. The winner was supposed to get a Mercedes-Benz G-class, or simply "red gelik", which costs more than 10 million rubles.

In just a day, the blogger has an additional million subscribers. More than 12 million people have visited Hasanov's page (by the way, the Russian-speaking audience of Instagram is only 20 million users). The incredible activity in Huseyn's profile caused a wave of discussions and distrust on the part of subscribers.

As a result, 17-year-old Anastasia Khavrutska became the winner. And although many viewers of the broadcast happily congratulated the girl, after the excitement subsided a little, users began to argue that it was still a fake win.

There was no limit to the indignation of subscribers in Timati's profile. The singer was hit by a flurry of negative comments because of the Porsche 911 being played. The conditions were simple: it was necessary to subscribe to all sponsors in his account. However, the winner was never announced.

The model found herself in the center of a scandal shortly after the start of her name contest, in which she raffled off money, beauty boxes and other prizes. To participate, it was necessary to follow all Anastasia's own subscriptions, of which there were 88.

Many users began to accuse Kostenko that she was conducting the drawing dishonestly, followers noticed constant changes in subscriptions and were sure that the model was deceiving subscribers.

Comedy Club resident Garik Kharlamov was attacked for several months by subscribers demanding to donate a car. The fact is that the actor promised to play three brand-new Hyundai Solaris, and in order to get the prize, it was necessary to subscribe to the sponsors' accounts and write the word "car" in the comments on the contest page so that no one had time to interrupt.

However, the giva participants misunderstood the task and started writing comments on Garik's own page. Unable to withstand the attack, the comedian recorded an emotional video message:

The TV presenter was the face of a major giveaway, the random winner of which was to receive an E-class Mercedes as a gift from her. Everything started well: the organizers, the contest pages on Instagram.

Ksenia, like her colleague Olga Buzova, was also an ambassador of the drawing. In her profile, the presenter published a video with the rules of giva, where the main prize was to be a Toyota Camry car or a million rubles. Gifts for the other winners turned out to be more modest: a laptop, several new smartphones and a cash prize.

After the contest, the Instagram accounts of the winners were published on the giva page, but after a few hours all the posts and the page itself were deleted. It turned out that not all the winners received their promised prizes.
