Things to do in Copenhagen
By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/things-to-do-in-copenhagen.htmlJournalists, designers, art historians, musicians and other authors of unusual Tripster excursions will tell you what is not written in the guidebooks, and show the city that tourists usually do not show. Today Copenhagen is the best city in the world in terms of quality of life, compact and picturesque, full of restrained Scandinavian aesthetics and, according to local residents, a trendsetter in urbanism and design.

1. Come to the bus stop and take the sea bus, yellow, like ordinary city buses.
2. Take a zigzag ride along the Grand Canal and see from the water the brewery of the early XVII century and the opera of the early 2000s, overgrown vegetable gardens and glass office buildings, as well as squares in front of glass office buildings designed to look like overgrown vegetable gardens.
3. Marvel at the polo players on kayaks and Copenhagen residents swimming in any weather.
4. Jump into the canal from a five-meter tower built in the shape of a ship's bow, and spend a couple of hours on a beach vacation while being in the city center. In winter, sit there in the sauna with a full-length window, admire the view of the city lights and shock passers-by, calmly walking to the water in a swimsuit to take a dip between visits to the sauna.
5. Drive the city up and down by bike. Come back late at night after a party on a bike and freshen up on the way home.
6. Take a ride on a bicycle overpass called "Bicycle Camera".
7. Have a picnic at the cemetery surrounded by parents with children, runners, students with books and laptops.
8. Find interesting tombstones.
9. In an unmanned subway, sit right in front of the windshield and do not entertain yourself on the trip with either a phone or a book.
10. In the botanical garden, climb under the dome of the greenhouse and find yourself in the rainforest.
11.
12. In the same place and sunbathe.
13. Come to Red Square, do not believe your eyes, because it is literally red.
14.
15. Walk around the lakes, look at swans, ducks, geese and, if you're lucky, see a crane. Be surprised at the number of runners encountered per unit of time.
16. Look at the seagulls circling in the middle of the city.
17. Walk to the Queen Louise Bridge, lie down in the sun, look at people. From 16 o'clock to watch how bicycle traffic is captured by parents taking children from kindergarten on cargo bicycles. To be envious of the fact that everyone has already finished working.
18. Dare to go deep into Christiania, wander through the crooked streets, reminiscent of a medieval city, along the rampart of the XVII century, along the moat, past the wonderful houses built without regard to urban planning standards and neighbors.
19. Marvel at street sculptures.
20. And notice arbitrarily installed sculptures.
21. Climb into a secret corner of the royal park.
22. Walking around the city, accidentally stumble upon a street party and eat a pork sausage medister, sitting at a table right on the roadway.
