Sophie Hardy has a job that most of us can only dream of. She earns by dining in the best restaurants in the UK.

A 25-year-old girl recently got a job at the Weight Watchers project, offering weight loss programs, as an "eater". Her main duty is to travel to various catering establishments and taste the dishes that are offered there. Having dinner in various cafes and restaurants and at the same time adhering to the Weight Watchers diet plan, Hardy expects to prove that it is not necessary to sacrifice social life for the sake of a diet.

A recent study conducted by Weight Watchers showed that 71% of Britons believe that dieting makes it harder to socialize, and people aged 25-34 find it difficult to find a balance between diet and communication.

To demonstrate that this is possible, Hardy will dine in restaurants twice a week and explore the menu to find healthy but delicious food options. Restaurants that successfully pass this test will receive a "WW Approved" mark ("Approved by Weight Watchers").

Hardy was a fan of Weight Watchers weight loss programs even before she got an enviable position. She first tried out the Weight Watchers program at the age of 16, loving its flexibility, and she managed to lose weight.

Almost ten years later, she came to work there and is now close to her target weight. As an employee of the project, she will post weekly blog posts about her path to the ideal weight and talk about restaurants where she has visited.

"I am happy to demonstrate to the British that life does not end when you decide to lead a healthier lifestyle," says Sophie.
