The world's largest abandoned train stations: Buffalo and Detroit

Writes Sergey Sigachev aka periskop: “Those who read the post about the train trip in the United States saw that Sergey photographed the abandoned remains of the old Buffalo mega-station in the art deco style (Buffalo Central terminal, 1929-1979) along the way. This is the second largest abandoned but not demolished station in the world. The first one is in Detroit (Michigan Central Station, 1913-1988), it is also intact, but fenced and isolated from free access, as far as I know.

Under the cut, I posted a selection of photographs of these monsters - fragments of the Great Railway Era, which remind the descendants of what happened in the history of the United States and when these stations were working at full capacity. There is also a photo of the majestic Penn Station, which was completely demolished in 1963.

9. This photo baffled me. There is a photographer, Spencer Tunick, who photographs naked people in the most unusual places. These naked people volunteer for such photo installations and flash mobs.
