By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/the-most-beautiful-apple-stores-in-the-world.htmlLast year, almost 100 million shoppers visited Apple's 424 stores around the world in just one quarter. And this is not just the number of visitors, but the number of people who bought something there.
Of course, people go to stores mainly because of the goods that are sold there, but in this case, this is not the only "magnet" for buyers. The amazing designs and stunning details at some Apple Stores are worth stopping by for even a couple of minutes. Inside the stores are similar - Apple designs all the interiors of its brand in the same style, but on the outside they are all different and unique. Let's take a look at the most beautiful Apple Stores around the world.

1. The newly opened store in Istanbul was the first to be designed by famed British designer Norman Foster. The store is recessed into the ground, and when viewed from above it looks like a MacBook.
2. Apple opened its first store in the southern hemisphere in 2008, a three-story building on the busiest part of Sydney's bustling shopping street. The facade, as usual, is glass, and through it a pleasant soft light streams directly onto the street.
3. In 2010, the company opened a store in the building where the bank used to be located - almost opposite the famous Parisian Opera House. Apple chose to retain all of the original architectural details, from the marble columns to the mosaic floors.
4. In Beijing's Sanlitun quarter, a huge stainless steel structure makes an impression even at a cursory glance.
5. The entrance to the store on 5th Avenue in New York stands out with a 9-meter glass cube that stands on its own. A glass staircase leads to the store, which is underground.
6. In Berlin, the Apple store is located in the 1913 opera house. The walls are made from locally quarried limestone, and new items are displayed on German oak tables.
7. In London, Apple opened its store in the popular Covent Garden area in 2010. This is one of the largest Apple stores in the world - three floors and 300 employees.
8. The Apple store in Shanghai's Pudong area is one of the most amazing. The glass cylinder leads to the main part of the store, located under the courtyard. Apple has received a patent for this project - for its implementation, the glass must be cut very carefully to achieve the desired shape.
9. In Hong Kong, an Apple Store opened at the IFC Mall in 2011. The store seems to hang above the street - it is located between two huge skyscrapers.
10. In 2012, Apple opened a store in another historical place in Europe - in the Hirsch building on Leidseplein in Amsterdam.
11. Apple is said to have paid $2.5 million to renovate its "corner" at New York's iconic Grand Central Station, and also (allegedly) spent another $5 million to kick out the previous owner.
