However, the younger generation of Koreans is increasingly decorating themselves with permanent images, using the services of illegal salons, which used to cater to local criminals.
The latest trend in the world of Korean tattoos has become illustrations of pets, mostly cats. Despite public opinion, young Korean women stuff pictures of cats and show pictures on the Internet.
