Forecasters promised heat, but the weather decided otherwise and met the party-goers with a gloomy sky. But for real music and drive lovers, this is not a hindrance. The sea of Glastonbury Festival participants was worried in line for a long 12 hours, waiting for the opening of the event of the year, which was supposed to be the hottest in history.
Thousands of partygoers arrived in Somerset County at Worthy Farm with tents and backpacks, carrying drinks on their shoulders or in carts.

A couple of months ago, another popular Coachella festival died down. Thanks to this year's hot trend — pants with a slit for the butt — this event was hotter than ever.
