By the beginning of the new theatrical season, the Hong Kong Ballet has launched a driving, bright and stunning advertising campaign.

The troupe's motto, which became the slogan of the campaign: "Never stand still." And the visual component was developed by the Design Army agency — it invited photographer Alexander Dean to shoot dancers. The result of his work, sexy and dynamic, was used to advertise the city on the banners of the Hong Kong Tourist Board.

In 2017, the Hong Kong Ballet Ballet Company was headed by Septim Webre, former artistic director of the Washington Ballet. It was he who initiated the creation of an advertising campaign, which was implemented by one of the most famous design agencies Design Army.

Alexander Dean, a famous American fashion photographer and director, winner of many awards in the field of advertising, photography, film and television, became the creator of a series of amazing images of a ballet troupe posing against the backdrop of Hong Kong attractions.

The Hong Kong Ballet appeared in 1979. Today it is one of the leading ballet companies in Asia, where about 50 artists from China and Southeast Asian countries, as well as Australia, Europe and the USA dance. The repertoire of the Hong Kong troupe combines both classical performances like The Nutcracker ballet and modern productions. The advertising campaign was launched specifically for the new season, which starts on August 17 with the premiere of the ballet "Alice in Wonderland".

Dancers frozen in incredible poses were captured against the background of local attractions and views of the city, so the Hong Kong Tourist Board decided to use banners for their own purposes.
