We tell and show how photographers Asida Turava and Radoslav Redzikovsky turned water and dust into art, without resorting to the help of photo editors.
Photographer Asida Turava and Radoslav Redzikovsky together created a very interesting and original project in which several professional models took part. The customer of the project was the Elements company, which needed these photos for advertising purposes.
Asida Turava and Radoslaw Redzikowski are well—known Polish fashion photographers, they have worked for brands such as H& M, L'oreal, MUSES, as well as for many well-known fashion magazines, including Fashion World Magazine France and Lady Boss Russia.
"We spent three days and three nights on the whole shooting process. It was very difficult to sprinkle the models with sand and powder, pour water on them, paint with light and create air currents in which their fabric outfits would look just great. All this was done completely by hand, not a single outfit was created with the help of graphic editors.
The continuous filming process exhausted everyone very much, but the result exceeded all our expectations. We have received a selection of original and interesting photos not only commercially, but also artistically. Our goal was not to show the naked body and thereby attract attention, we just wanted to emphasize the beauty of our models with unusual outfits made of sand, powder, water, light and wind," the photographers said admiringly.
No photo editors were used when creating photos. The emphasis in these compositions was on painting with light and beautiful clothes, as well as streams of water and clumps of sand. It is known that in order to conduct this shooting, I had to really freeze.
It was very difficult, but, as they say, it was worth it. It is known that it is with this project that photographers continue to take prizes and surprise art connoisseurs. The editors of Russia Art News admire both photographers and models, because not everyone will agree to endure the permafrost for the sake of beautiful pictures.
