By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/photo-porter-invisible-people-of-new-york.htmlWe live among an invisible people, which are dissolved in the crowds of large cities such as new York. This idea perfectly illustrates the photo project by Polish photographer Sam Golan, has created a series of photographs of porter new York.
Sam was struck by the idea of how much power these people have and how little attention we pay to them. They care about us all the time while we are in a hotel, and often have access to our personal information and even things. Still, this project is perhaps the first time they really paid attention.
"These guys are rare birds. You cannot apply for such jobs through the Internet, the photographer said the newspaper Metro. — Some — porter in the second generation after their fathers". The series of images were created not without difficulties, which is understandable when taking pictures of the porter on duty. "They are difficult to photograph, because by law they don't have to stand outside the building. So I had to get them to participate in the project. I don't think before they ever photographed".
