The Canadian blogger showed by his own example how to become slim in just a month without exercise equipment, barbells and special nutrition.
Two brothers from Canada — Cam and Brendan are famous fitness bloggers. They lead the popular GoalGuys channel on YouTube, to which more than 300 thousand users have subscribed. In their videos, the brothers talk about working on the body, and also conduct various sports challenges.
It is well known that jumping rope burns calories and helps to lose weight. Cam decided to test this statement and find out if it is possible to lose weight only by jumping. The blogger set out to jump rope every day for 30 minutes for a month. At the same time, the guy recorded his observations of body changes and recorded a video.
Before starting the experiment, Cam fixed his initial parameters. On the first day of training, he weighed 68 kg, and his body contained 16.3 percent fat. Before that, the guy had no experience of long jumps, so he immediately ran into difficulties. The blogger was exhausted after just a minute of training, although he planned to jump for at least half an hour. But Cam wasn't going to back down.
Cam thought it would only be hard for a week, and then he would get involved. But nothing like that happened — the half-hour training was very difficult. The muscles of the amateur athlete were constantly aching, and the fingers on his hands were shaking after each session. The guy suspected that he was doing something wrong and began to study the question.
From the videos shot by professional athletes, he learned a lot of interesting things. It turned out that when jumping with a rope, in no case can you land on the entire sole. The heels should be constantly in the air, and the knees should be bent a little. The back, on the contrary, should be fully straightened.
In addition, Cam made several discoveries himself. It turned out that when jumping, you only need to look straight ahead. This helps to focus and keep the pace without straying. Jumping in front of a mirror and recording a workout on video turned out to be a good idea. Thanks to this, you can analyze the lesson and find errors.
After the workout, Cam started doing a little exercise and doing a set of stretching exercises. All these measures helped to get rid of discomfort. Now training with a rope brought the blogger pleasure. Two weeks after the start of training, Cam increased his pace and felt more resilient. He even switched to a weighted jump rope to increase the effect of his fitness.
After 30 days, Cam summed up the experiment. He managed to lose weight by only 1 kg, but that was not the main thing. The blogger's press has become much more prominent, as a small belly has disappeared. The man managed to pump up his hands and remove the fat from the sides. But the main result was that Cam began to feel healthier and more cheerful.
The Canadian proved that it doesn't take money and a lot of time to get the body in shape. Just jump rope every day and you will see the result soon. But even if you don't have a rope, and jumping is contraindicated, a beautiful press is real. Exercise vacuum acts on the muscles no worse than jumping.
