Iranian Angelina Jolie was jailed on charges of blasphemy

The Iranian authorities have arrested a well-known blogger Sahar Tabar, charging her with several serious charges. One might think that the authorities of an Islamic country were outraged by what the girl did to her face. But the fact that the Iranian Angelina Jolie looks like a zombie does not bother anyone.  The girl is charged with blasphemy, inappropriate appearance, incitement to violence and illegal acquisition of property.

22-year-old Sugar Tabar became world famous after she started posting her photos on Instagram, in which she looks like a creepy zombie made up to look like Hollywood star Angelina Jolie. The girl convinced her subscribers that she had achieved such an extraordinary appearance, thanks to 50 plastic surgeries and a strict diet.

After a while, Tabar admitted that she was just joking and actually doesn't look so bad. The girl really did a couple of plastic surgeries, changing the shape of her nose and lips, but there were far from 50 of them. Also, the blogger reported that she lost not 40 kg, but only 7 kg and weighs quite normal for her small stature of 54 kg.

The photo where Sugar looks like the heroine of Tim Burton's cartoon "The Corpse of the Bride", according to her, is only the result of applying makeup and processing images in Photoshop. But the Iranian authorities are not concerned about the shocking makeup of the girl and even the number of plastic surgeries. Iran, oddly enough, belongs to one of the most loyal countries to surgical appearance change and even sex change.

The public complained to the police that Sahar Tabar regularly posts photos online in which she is bareheaded, and this is considered a rather serious offense in the country of the victorious Islamic Revolution. In order not to seem biased, the investigators also found a number of offenses committed by the Instagram star, who disregarded the Islamic rules of decency.

Immediately after Tabar's arrest, her Instagram account, subscribed to by more than 400,000 people, was deleted. It is not yet known exactly what threatens the girl for her crimes, but the situation is more than serious. In Iran, blasphemy is considered one of the most serious crimes and the perpetrator of it can be sentenced to both a solid prison term and the death penalty.
