In London, as well as in a number of other cities, the annual flash mob "Day without Pants" was held. The participants of the action walked down the street without trousers and skirts, and then went down to the subway to please the subway passengers there with their appearance. What started in New York in 2002 with the extravagant antics of a small group of people has turned into an international flash mob that encourages foolishness and humor around the world. Every year more than 9 thousand people take part in the "Day without pants".

Hundreds of Britons of all ages and sizes on this day boldly left the lower part of the wardrobe at home, but did not forget to put on a sweater and a warmer jacket. In this form, they took a ride on the London underground.

The passengers who did not take part in the flash mob habitually averted their eyes from the half-naked neighbors, who also tried to behave most naturally.

One of the organizers of the action said: "We have been doing this for eight years. Every year, on the first Sunday in January, we get on the subway and just try to cheer people up and help them smile."
