This was stated by the former doctor of the pop king Conrad Murray in his video message The Blast. He claims that in the 70s, the late Joe Jackson regularly gave his son hormonal injections and "was one of the worst fathers in history."

Conrad Murray is Michael Jackson's former personal physician. In 2009, the singer died from a lethal dose of propofol and sedatives, and the medic was convicted of his unintentional murder, permanently suspended from medical practice and spent two years in prison.

Conrad Murray on trial
In his 2016 autobiography, Murray had already hinted at the possible chemical castration of Michael as a child, and now, after the death of pop king Joe Jackson's father, he announced it publicly.
The doctor claims that in the childhood and youth of the singer Joe Jackson regularly gave his son injections of hormones to rid him of acne and keep a high voice. As a result, this led to chemical castration. It is worth noting that the doctor began working for Michael when he was already an adult, and, therefore, may not know what drugs were administered to the artist in childhood.
But many close to Michael Jackson recall that he often said how much he hated his father.
