How to lead a healthy lifestyle with beer, lard and without two liters of water a day

1. Fast food is not allowed in any case

2. Fat is always evil

You can not eat only cereals, fruits and boiled chicken and think that it is very useful. If you give up fats, the body will stop absorbing vitamins A and E, as well as producing sex hormones. Only excessive consumption of fats is harmful. Everyone has heard about olive oil, nuts and oily fish — but you probably didn't know that even lard is not such a harmful food. It contains vitamins A and E, as well as arachidonic acid, an unsaturated fat needed by the body for the normal functioning of the heart, liver and brain.
3. Juices are very useful

We won't even talk about juice in boxes: it's hardly healthier than sweet sodas. But freshly squeezed homemade juice will not make you healthier either. Nutritionists unanimously advise eating whole fruits, and not squeezing juice out of them. So it will be better to eat, and you do not need to make unnecessary manipulations.
4. Coffee is always harmful

Coffee can be a problem if you only have nervous or cardiovascular diseases - well, or if you drink a lot of it. And there are very few calories in black coffee — another thing is that we often drink coffee drinks with sugar and cream, and even snack on their pastries and sweets.
5. Frozen fruits, vegetables and berries are worse than fresh ones

If fruits and vegetables were subjected to shock freezing, then up to 90% of all useful substances are preserved in them. And raw fruits lose their useful properties during storage. It's better to defrost a pack of berries than to eat raw ones that have been in the warehouse for a couple of weeks.
6. You will have to say goodbye to alcohol

Alcohol really does not go well with a diet, but it is not necessary to completely abandon it. Nutrition experts recommend that instead of beer or spirits, you have dinner with wine, and also avoid sweet liqueurs, cocktails, especially creamy ones and containing sodas and energy drinks. And it is better not to drink beer at the same time with a meal — only as an independent drink. It's really good if you wash it down with water and keep healthy food nearby, so as not to break down and overeat burgers with pizza, fried wings and French fries.
7. You need to drink two liters of water a day

Someone once said that it is necessary to drink two liters of water a day, and juices, coffee and tea, soup, vegetables and fruits do not count. And so people add to their calendars the item "Drink eight glasses of water" and force themselves through I don't want to. In fact, this is not necessary.
