So the British woman gave up junk food and began to eat 6 trays of strawberries a day. Thanks to an unusual diet, the woman lost half of her weight, and friends stopped recognizing her on the street.
Four years ago, Alison weighed 130 kg and uncontrollably consumed fast food and sweets. But after Christmas 2016, she radically changed her diet: she switched to home-made proper nutrition and a strawberry diet.
Now the British woman weighs 71 kg and instead of 58 wears 46 size clothes.
John and Alison met in 2005. The girl already weighed 127 kg and suffered from depression. She hooked her future husband on fast food and sweets. In 2010, the couple got married, and they had a son, Tom. The boy was so active that his mother could not cope with him because of his excess weight.
Everything was changed by the Christmas picture of 2016. Seeing herself on it, the British woman decided to lose weight, no matter what. She saved the photo on her phone and joined a local group for those who want to lose weight called "WeightWatchers".
Meanwhile, a 30-year-old British woman has lost weight, thanks to club dancing. She is no longer shy about her body and does not sit at home alone.
