Her Majesty's Birthday

June 14, 2014 in the UK celebrated the official birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. The queen celebrated her actual 88th birthday on April 21, but traditionally celebrates it in June. On this occasion, a military parade was held in the center of London, or, as it is called, a solemn “carrying out the colors” parade, in which more than a thousand military men took part. At the end of the parade, Elizabeth II returned to Buckingham Palace, where, along with the rest of the royal family, she watched the solemn flight of aircraft of the Royal Air Force of Great Britain.
