After the second meal, Robin goes to the gym, performs steady cardio exercises for 12 minutes, practices posing, sits in the sauna for 10 minutes and has lunch. The third portion of the meal consists of 140 g of steak and 85 g of sweet potatoes.
The fourth time a bodybuilder sits down at the table after a walk with the dog. She eats 140 g of fish or chicken with cucumbers and rice, if she is not preparing for competitions. Then it's time to communicate with your loved ones. A grandmother plays with her grandchildren before the fifth meal. For dinner, Mrs. Hills makes herself a cup of egg whites, spinach or avocado, and then works out on the treadmill for 20 minutes before going to bed. Sometimes the athlete likes to treat herself to sushi and chocolate.
A granny with steel muscles worked long and hard on herself to achieve such impressive results. This helped to develop her inner potential and become strong not only physically, but also mentally.
