Grandpa found an old well at home, from where he fished out a 500-year-old sword and other finds

There he found antique items that are more than 500 years old. There is water in this hollow in the ground, which turned out to be drinkable and pleasant to the taste. The family has not yet been able to find information about the strange well, but they suggest that it may be even older than the objects found in it.
70-year-old Colin Steer (Colin Steer) from Plymouth during the renovation at his home found a depression in the floor under the carpet. He began to dig a hole and reached the bottom of an ancient well.
At a depth of 1.5 m, a man found a sword that is more than 500 years old. According to archival documents, the buildings were built here already in the 1500s, so the dungeon may well be medieval, and maybe even more ancient.
Colin says that he even drank water from an old well. It turned out to be fresh and quite drinkable. The Briton wants to send the water for bacterial analysis. If it turns out to be safe, the man plans to sell it.
Noticing a depression in the floor, the pensioner at first thought that there was someone's grave there. The house was built in 1895, and the current owners moved here in 1988.
Colin discovered the pit more than 10 years ago during repairs. The man gradually dug it out until he reached the bottom. The depth of the well was more than 5 meters.
The hole was closed with a sheet of plastic and a hatch was installed. The Briton wants to install a coffee table over the well.
The owners of the house have not yet managed to find information about the ancient dungeon. They assume that the small well was used for animals or for the needs of two or three families.
In addition to the sword, Colin found a ring and a coin from 1725. He suggests that these are not the only old things in the well.
Meanwhile, some people create dungeons with their own hands. Levon Arakelyan was digging a storage for vegetables, but he got so carried away that he built an underground temple.
