But now we found out that the bachelor life of one of the defendants in our article has come to an end and he got married. No, it was not Andrei who got married, but just a goose, and despite the ban of the Belarusian authorities.
Minsk resident Andrey, that is, the neighbor of goose Harvister in the apartment, decided to marry him on the advice of subscribers from social networks. The goose had long been in a relationship with the goose Krishna, to whom he had to go to the country. Now the couple has legalized their union: the geese have officially become spouses.
It is known that the owner of the Harvester applied to the registry office at the place of residence with a request to arrange the marriage of two geese. But on July 18, after a lengthy consideration of this unusual request by the authorities, he received a decisive refusal. Officials of the Minsk City Executive Committee referred to the Family Code of the Republic of Belarus, which clearly states that marriage can only be concluded between a man and a woman.
Of course, the refusal was unpleasant, but neither Andrey nor goose began to grieve for a long time. On July 28, 2019, the wedding took place anyway. The solemn event was held in the fashionable Hide space in the presence of numerous guests.
The newlyweds, as expected, were in wedding dresses. Harvister was dressed in a suit with a bow tie, and the bride Krishna was in a traditional white dress. The union was sealed with wedding rings, which were put on the necks of the birds.
