The F45 Challenge, which includes high-intensity interval training, has achieved cult status worldwide. It was officially launched in 2014. There are 500 studios in Australia alone, where customers are promised to "quickly achieve amazing results."
Lisa Yang.
Lisa Yang, 25, accepted the F45 challenge to see what she could achieve. She was later named the women's winner. Lisa Yang went to the gym four times a week for almost two months, but after she accepted the challenge, her workouts became daily.
Nicole Cracknell.
Lisa lost 6.3 kilograms. She strictly followed the F45 diet, which included two weeks of detox, four weeks on a high-protein diet and the last two weeks on a high-fat diet. The F45 diet is the key to success because it complements workouts.
Rebecca Fowler.
Each participant is given a personal nutrition plan that helps to build muscles and hold out until the end, as well as avoid water retention in the body and cravings for sweets.
Luke Palmer.
Despite the fact that Lisa trained six to seven times a week, she found that she had more energy than ever before.
Mark Hesson.
Most of all during these eight weeks Lisa struggled not with the desire to eat something harmful or unwillingness to exercise, but with self-doubt.
Ian Bainbridge.
Lisa liked the support most of all in F45: there was always someone who could cheer her up. F45 coach Jessica Sullivan said that the success of the program comes down to three main postulates: "structure, motivation and support."
Tom Michelski
Jessica says that the 8-week challenge gives everyone involved "super motivation".
According to Jessica, it helps a lot that newcomers are surrounded by people who are not going through the program for the first time and can help with advice.
Niall Munro
Motivation just helped 28-year-old Niall Munro, who went on an eight-week challenge with his wife after a honeymoon and lost 10.5 kilograms. Later he was declared the winner among men.
The F45 gave him the motivation he couldn't find by working out on his own in the gym.
