For example, "The Caucasian captive" appeared as Kidnapping, Caucasian Style ("Abduction in the Caucasian style"), "Ivan Vasilyevich changes his profession" appeared as Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future ("Ivan Vasilyevich: Back to the Future"), and "Office Romance" turned into "Office Romance" (Office Romance). But that's okay - translation difficulties.
It's even more fun to look at foreign posters of domestic paintings. In fairness, many of them are not devoid of subtle artistic ideas. But in most cases, it is absolutely impossible to immediately understand what kind of film this is, even if you watch Irony of Fate more than once a year. Do not rush to read the inscription under the picture, try to guess.
