Sir Benjamin Slade has been desperately looking for a woman from 30 to 40 years old who will marry him and give birth to an heir for a year.

The other day, an eccentric aristocrat appeared on the air of the program "Good Morning Britain", where he spoke about the qualities that his future chosen one should possess: "She should be able to shoot, drive a car and a helicopter, have the skills of a designer." And the British multimillionaire really wants children.

A descendant of King Charles II, Sir Benjamin Slade lives in the ancient estate of Munsel of the XIII century, and is also the owner of Woodlands Castle in Somerset. He inherited the baronetcy from his father in 1962.

The baronet began searching for a potential spouse after he broke up with his common-law wife Bridget Conwy, as in her 50s she was too old to give birth to his child.

So, he needs a fertile woman aged 30 to 40 years, no taller than 170 centimeters. She must also have a driver's license, a permit to own firearms, and in addition can boast of an aristocratic upbringing and her own coat of arms.

For inexplicable reasons, the aristocrat also excluded from the list of candidates beautiful representatives of those states whose names begin with the English letter "I" (except Italians and girls from northern India, whom the Briton considers beautiful), as well as countries whose flags have green color. Scottish women and lesbians were also not suitable for him.

Sir Benjamin admits that his men's health is in excellent condition. To support him, he is on the Genghis Khan diet: he eats sunflower seeds, potatoes and goryanka. In addition, every morning he hangs upside down on a special horizontal bar. This helps not to sag his chin and makes his chest elastic. And special glasses, which he wears for 20 minutes a day, improve his eyesight.

The aristocrat runs several businesses, including wedding arrangements. He hopes that his future wife will be able to take part in business management by becoming CEO of one of his companies.

He warns that his future wife will have to keep order in the mansions herself, so she must be hardworking. Probably, the millionaire's chosen one must have the qualifications of a designer and a housekeeper. According to the elderly groom, he is not even able to buy a carpet, and the house needs to be renovated and put in order. He does not want to resort to the services of professionals, as he considers the payment of their labor unreasonably high.
