Inattentive viewers shame him for his carelessness, but in fact the pictures are photoshopped, and Crowley uses them to tell people about the disease that caused Hannah to spend six months in the hospital.

Hannah is one and a half years old, and she has a rare immunological disorder — hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. She spent six months, a third of her short life, in the hospital, where she underwent chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant from an anonymous donor.

Fortunately, now the girl has recovered. Crowley says, "She's very funny, always smiling, and has a great sense of humor, considering everything she's been through. During the first year of her life, we missed so much that now we take a lot of photos. We can finally do ordinary things together."

Crowley decided it would be fun to make his family nervous by putting someone in a risky situation without putting them in real danger.

When Crowley's collages gained popularity on the Internet, the designer decided to use their viral effect for good purposes. He began to talk about the Be The Match registry for connecting bone marrow donors with people who need a transplant. Finding your donor is not so easy: for example, Hannah Crowley out of 27 million people around the world approached only three.
