The German hyperrealist artist Johannes Muller-Franken paints portraits and narrative paintings from the lives of modern women. His skill is amazing. Not only the heroines of the paintings, but also the details of their clothes, surrounding objects and the play of light are transmitted with photographic accuracy. Mueller-Franken's works are full of energy and charged with emotions. They are always interesting to viewers, who often recognize themselves on the canvases.

Johannes Muller-Franken was born in Freiburg im Breisgau in southwestern Germany. For the first time, Muller-Franken presented his paintings to the audience in 1984. And already in 1988 his first solo exhibition was held. The artist's works were enthusiastically received in Germany and Austria. And in the mid-90s, they already knew about him overseas.

The peculiarity of the master's works is that he chooses life stories, avoiding affectation. His heroines are not engaged in anything special, but at the same time what is happening in the paintings has some special magnetism. It seems to the viewer that something is about to happen and he has no choice but to invent the event himself.

The compositions of the paintings by Muller-Franken are carefully thought out, and they themselves are executed flawlessly from the point of view of technology. He writes each of his work for 3-5 months, constantly making corrections and trying to bring it to the ideal. The action in many of the artist's paintings takes place in the evening, at dusk. With this technique, the author enhances the dramatic effect of the work - the years of work in the theater are affected.
