Economy class passenger aircraft can make more similar to second-class trains

During long flights so tired sitting in one position, so I want to stretch my legs and lie down. Maybe soon it will become a reality. American startup Zephyr Aerospace came up with an innovation for aircraft — a two-storey seats where the passengers of economy class will be able to lie down.

Hours-long flight in a cramped airplane seat can be tedious and brings discomfort in the muscles of the back, legs and neck. The American startup has proposed the idea of creating seats enable passengers to lie down during the flight.

Designer from American Zephyr Aerospace startup by the name of Jeffrey O'neil came up with and presented a draft of a two-storey aviatrices to make life easier for passengers in economy class.

This decision will make the plane ride more enjoyable for every traveler. In fact, Zephyr is a new aircraft seat that allows passengers to lie down during the flight. The company also offers travelers economy class comfort and privacy in a separate cabin.

In this regard, the designer had the idea to create such a project. According to his idea, each seat individually, each passenger has a table and a choice of additional options — blackout Drapes / curtains, OLED screens, pillows memory foam, and other facilities.

In the study, which was conducted by the designers, 70% of travelers said that you would trade these benefits for the opportunity to lie down and sleep on the plane.
