His photographs are like frames from glamorous Hollywood films, imbued with passion, eroticism and mystery. Drebin's world is filled with sensual beauties, as if born of someone's irrepressible fantasy.

David was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After school, he, obsessed with photography since childhood, moved to New York and entered the Parsons School of Design. After receiving his diploma, the young man did not find himself in the profession and worked as a simple waiter for more than 20 years. But all this time Drebin continued to photograph, honing his skills.

The photographer's first solo exhibition took place in 2005 in Los Angeles. There, Drebin's work was seen by Elton John, who immediately purchased several photos. The pop star became a fan of the master's work, and this contributed greatly to the rise of his career. Magazines and collectors began to buy Drebin's photographs, and then the photographer began working in the fashion industry and advertising.

David Drebin's field of activity is very wide. The photographer is engaged in design, glass engravings, creation of author's lightboxes and neon installations. He is also considered the founder of a new direction in art - "photo sculptures". These are three-dimensional prints of photographs in glass or acrylic.

But the main work of Drebin's life is, without a doubt, photography. When the master is asked about the secret of his expressive works, he answers that he has no special secrets:

What do you think is the secret of the magnetism of David Drebin's works - in the technique, the subject or the emotions he evokes? Or maybe you are also inspired by a certain visual style in photography? Share in the comments - I'd love to hear your opinion!
